At first - it may look like we don't want to take your money, because you can't seemingly enter your lines of text on your new product and hit - "order"!

The reality is, our point of difference is that we want to add a personal touch to your gift, a breath of fresh air in today's society! You simply can't achieve this by a click of the button. And when you have over a million different variations to your choices (we don't restrict your text options or number of characters, etc), how on earth do you make that look simple.

Quite simply put - buy the item from our shop, and then through email, tell us what you want once you have the PayPal transaction reference.

We will always contact you about your order to confirm your details before we start your project, eliminating any oversights or errors.

Below is a simple look at the sales process, taking the difficulty out of making something uniqe!

Buying a unique gift:

1. Decide what gift it is that you want from the services section.
2. Search your photos, grab a royalty-free image online, sketch your own design - or pick one of our designs.
3. If you are picking an item from the online shop - choose the item and enter as much info as required.
4. When finished, proceed to the checkout and pay through PayPal - and receive a Paypal reference code for the payment.
5. Send us an email to sales@mi-things.co.uk, quoting the PayPal reference number (we will tie this up at our end).
   
6. Attach your photo, or scanned image to the email, and add any specific requirements to your order, i.e. landscape photoframe, top line of text "Happy Birthday", etc.
7. Once we've recieved your order, we will set it up and then send you a proof where applicable, or email you a confirmation or a few questions, if clarification is needed.
8. Once you are happy and the payment has been received, your gift will be created and sent.

Buying bespoke:

 We like to pride ourselves on creating gifts that simply don't yet exist, which is why you will see many example photos on the website that you will not find in the shop. If this is for you, contact us by email at sales@mi-things.co.uk, and give us an idea on what you'd like to achieve.

 We will then work with you, offer you an attractive price. Hopefully you'll accept, then pay through the bespoke option in the online shop, entering the blocks that match our quote. Once the payment is received, we complete and send out your unique design.
